We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Here is our return and refund policy.

1. Return Window

You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging.

2. How to Return

Log in to your account, go to Order History, select the order and click "Request Return". Follow the instructions.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Exclusions

Personalized items and perishables cannot be returned. Sale items may have different return terms.
